Erika A. Gucfa
Managing Partner

Erika is the Managing Partner and Founder of Praetorium, a visionary real assets investment and consulting firm. Prior to founding Praetorium, Erika was responsible for strategic development, sourcing and structuring in sustainable infrastructure at North Sky Capital. Preceding North Sky, Erika was Head of Private Markets Product Strategy & Solutions - Americas at abrdn, where she was responsible for strategic client relationships and the development of customized solutions for key clients in the Americas. Erika's previous experience includes Forum Capital Partners where she was involved in fund placement as well as secondary and fundless sponsor transactions for Private Capital transactions globally. In addition, she held positions at Cushman & Wakefield in the commercial leasing division and The Franklin Companies in property redevelopment, with the responsibility for originating, structuring, and project management.
Erika graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Syracuse University.
